Programmes The principal objectives of NERPO is to influence policy and legislation in favour of the emerging farmers; facilitate sound decision making; facilitate access to technical support, finance, and markets; facilitates participation of youth and women in the industry; and facilitate black economic empowerment within the supply chain of the industry. In order to achieve these, NERPO had to develop and implement special programmes.
